Yoga and Meditation one month course completed at Porwal College
Kamathi: one month Yoga and Meditation Course was Successful completed at Seth Kesarimal Porwal College. In the last one month, a variety of yoga, pranayam and meditation activities were organized for the participants, who attended a training session at the College Library Hall. A one-day Atapanasati meditation camp was also organized at the Dragon Palace Meditation Center in Kamptee. The specialty of this course was that it was also made available online, which the professors took great advantage of, so that they could practice these activities at home on their own, without missing their classes. On August 13, four judges, Dr. Vandana Ingde, Dr. Subhash Dade (Dhanwate National College, Nagpur), Dr. Lalit Punniya (Yashoda Girls college. Nagpur), Dr. Rajashi Puran Meshram (kavi kulguru kalidas vidyapith, Ramteke) A test of 30 marks of yoga and pranayama was taken in front of the committee.
In this test, Dr. Manish Chakraborty (men's group), Dr. Renuka Roy (women's group), Krishnakant Yadav (boys group), and Rupal Khandate (girls group) were selected as the best participants, who were awarded best participants and were provided special momento and certificates in the closing ceremony by the Chief Guest Shri Omprakash Kashyap of Socialwork College, Kamptee and Principal of Porwal College, Dr. Mahendra Bagde sir.
Priya Barodia (Yoga Instructor), Swati Ingale (Sahaja Yoga Trainer) and Pratibha Wasnik (Dragons Palace Meditation Center, Co-ordinator) were awarded the Manadhan Certificate along with a thank you letter. The online Yoga and Meditation course was also combined successfully by Dr. Jayant Kumar Ramteke (Physical Education Department) who was the coordinator of this course. Dr. Indrajit Basu, Parveen Ambade, and Mahesh Irpateas the work as committee member.
